Cutoff for HRM for Odisha domicile is 70%ile. Sectional Cutoff for Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal ability and Decision making are 35, 50 and 35 respectively

With the change in pattern will it effect the cutoff will it rise or decrease? Also If I am able to clear the overall cutoff but not sectional am I elligble for XIMB -HR? ?
