That's a very smart question. Not only law colleges, every kind of colleges are located in Uttar Pradesh. Be it an engineering or management colleges, majority are located in UP. It has become a hub of an education. Main reason for such high rise in number of colleges in UP, which I find, is political money or black money invested in education sector in UP. The black money infused in system is layered in different types of transaction, and then integrated into such sectors so that it is original. Source cannot be tracked and money is converted into white.

Well this a mistaken idea that majority of law colleges are located in U.P. U.P, being a huge state, it has an advantage of having a number of institutes owing to available land. As there are many states which has a number of law schools for example Gujarat apart from GNLU, has Siddhartha Law college, Auro University Of Law, Institute of Law, Nirma University, United Global World School Of Law, RN Patel school of Law and many more. Thus, it is not the case that UP has majority of law schools as every state has a number of Law schools and universities.
U.P has RMLNLU, Amity University, BHU amongst top and not much Law schools are there c...more -
