Why are more and more Engineering Colleges and Universities opening.Good or bad for the country?

What i want to say to you sumit is your question is very much helpful to students but if u post it as a discussion then, it will be much better as everyonecan view discussions easily as compared to questions...

I believe that openning of colleges is good for the country but the quality of education is decreasing so we should not only focous on pronting money through openning colleges but increase the quality of study..thank you..:)
