Why are the Stanford (USA) and Harvard (USA) MBA graduates are highly paid in the world? Why doesn't IIMs students?

I am still not understanding what extra do they learn which the students of IIMs don't? Why are IIM students not even considered comparable to these?

Lot of things matter. IIM admits even a fresh graduate and world believes them to be a management expert. IIMs current reputation is due to being oldest institutes and their alumni.
