    B.Tech is considered the top course at Jabalpur Engineering College due to its popularity among students. To study B.Tech. courses at JEC, students need to qualify the MP BE exam. In Jabalpur Engineering College, every year, around 60 percent of students get placement offers. The highest placement package is INR 30 LPA and the lowest placement package is INR 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata, TCS, Infosys, Reliance, etc. About 20–30 percent students get placed from each respective branches.
