No, female candidates are not eligible to appear for the National Defence Academy examination.
This examination is only for the male candidates.
But if you are interested in joining defence services then you can apply for Indian Air Force, Army and Navy after the completion of your graduation. So, complete your graduation if you want to join Indian Defence Services.
After graduation, you can apply through CDSE examination. The eligibility criteria for this entry scheme is given below.
Education Qualification:
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline. For the Air Force and Navy, they should have physics and maths at 10+2.

NDA was established around the idea of treating everyone equal and giving the same training to everyone. This is the main reason girls are opted out here because the candidates are exposed to such challenges that most of the girls wouldn't be able to keep up with boys. Since equal training has to be given to ensure the ability of NDA alumni, girls candidate cannot train with boys.
