Its college policy so no one can question it like you wont question IIMs also for not taking other scores like wise its NIRMA. -
I would not be able to comment on it as it is upto the discretionary powers of an institute to choose the method of selection process of the students. -

As this college Institute of Management, Nirma University is not consider CMAT score. As it only accept CAT score.
Many of T1 and T2 college is considering CMAT score. But for more information you have look each college wise.
