Why did students who scored 99 percentile didn't got a call from IIM?

I am a general category male student and I would like to know the minimum percentile that would guarantee a IIM call. My acads are- 10th- 91.6, 12th- 77, BE- 68 and 2.5 years experience in IT industry.

Hi Harsha, Cut off's are different for different colleges of IIM's. Like: Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad- 96%tile Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta- 95 %tile Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode- 90%tile Indian Institute of Management, Indore- 90%tile International Management
