Why do Indian students choose to study at Portland Community College?

<p>Portland Community College is a good choice for Indian students. The college is regionally accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. PCC provides quality education at an affordable cost. It is about 50% less than a public university and about 86% less than the cost of a private university in Oregon. The college ranked #1 for sustainability among community colleges in the U.S. that report to the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education. International students don't have to submit English Proficiency test scores for admission which makes the criteria easy for international students. The college also has high racial diversity with 41% percent of students being minorities.</p>
