Most people tend to blame others for their own failures because of their inability to analyze their own abilities. Besides, it is much-much easier to find fault in others. Its natural and is a phenomenon every where in the world. It is said that those who do not accept responsibility of their own failures and put blame on others do not grow personally or professionally. I invite all shiksha experts to share a few ideas.
