Going for a private job or a government job totally depends on the individual and his/her preference. But we can see that most of the graduates of Tier-1 colleges prefer private jobs after their MBA. There are reasons for this.
Many people complained about the lazy work environment in government offices. According to them only a handful of people work diligently and complete their task within the scheduled time. You work hard; you expect appraisals for your hard work. It is a universal truth both in private and government sector. However, critiques said that in a government office, people who are working hard may often go unnoticed.

Yes, it is a true fact, because in private jobs opportunities are more than government jobs and salary hike is also better then government job. You can see exponential career growth in private jobs.
Corporate world in India is booming very fast and they are looking for dynamic candidates from good B-schools and these companies are ready to pay high package to these candidates because they feel like it is worth spending on them. even after few years of working in India people are moving to abroad for private job there also salary package offering is really good.

Tier 1 B-Schools are the ones which have better facilities for education. Tier-1 colleges like IIM, CHRIST, RV and BIRLA have a live case study related teaching methodology. This always helps students gain more updated knowledge. Their syllabus is designed in that way for the future. All other colleges which are in the tier-2 category will emphasis on the university syllabus. This university syllabus is always revised one in 5 years or so.
