Smartwork combined with hard work will be better to say. Yes smartwork is most needed but that without hardwork will not help you in the long run in my opinion.

This is because the admission in any engineering college has become too easy and common these days. Persons who don't have any interest in engineering are pursuing B.Tech. Hence, there are so many engineers at least one in a home now. So they can't get job and apply for jobs which requires very less
