Why do we have to give Rs.15000 to the library deposit that is written in the letter?

That 15000 is for books that college provides to students . -
Hi Viky. I haven't undergo the offer letter of college this year. If it is written then it might be the charges of library for a year. Our library are quite huge were you will find best author books. It's worth of the money you will be paying and it's compulsory.
