A common entrance test is not only legal but also need of the society for ensuring transparency and less hardship to the students who are eagerly waiting to join medical profession.
Common entrance will also prevent corrupt practices of private run medical colleges.

This move will really be helpful for students. Medical entrance is not only rigorous but also includes finance. A common exam will help aspirants come out of multiple dilemna.
