Why does everybody wants to go to IITs? Are there no other good colleges in India for B.Tech CSE?

Yes, there are colleges other than IIT. Since IIT is said to be among the topmost colleges for engineering, students target for IIT. But there are other good colleges are BIT, VIT, NIT, etc.
