Why does KIIT University call for counseling before the announcement of class 12th results? Does it look for KIITEE rank or class 12 result?

Hello Luke,
KIIT University takes the exam in which college checks the potential of students and they understand where students stand in the race. So if you scored good then they call you for counseling and they have minimum eligibility percentage below which they do not take admission.
