Why does MICA not appear in NHRDC ranking? Is it not affiliated to AICTE or UGC?

Hi,
MICA comes under AICTE, you can read more about it here: http://www.mica.ac.in/introduction/about-mica
Also,due to the niche course MICA doesn't participate in rankings, since the parameters might be skewed.
