Why does siksha promote for colleges with distance education programmes in colleges? Dont the students misled without all details being prov
Joined Indian Retail School,Hyderabad seeing it in SHIKSHA website in June 2011. Later after 1st semester we to know that we were pursuing a course in Distance Education Program by PTU.After shelling out 4 lacs i am unable to anything now.

Certain things are to be ascertained by the individual.It is also stated clearly that Shiksha does not take responsibility for the views expressed.My point is that here is an avenue for a discussion.The conclusions are to be drawn after a careful consideration.
