Why engineering graduates are not allowed to enter the BPO/KPO industry if someone is desirous?

I realised i am not a good engineer and turning to liable to a startup.I resigned because i am one eyed person and bad in engineering basics.I wish to do creative non technical work which have good remuneration.Pls suggest

    Hi,
    Who said so? If you have been rejected for a BPO/KPO job on your education grounds, then I would say that you should have had justified your path.
    As you say creative and non technician, I may suggest you with the following:-
    1. Multimedia is a parent tag for:- Animation, Graphic Designing, Web Designing
    2. Media education covers a wide range of courses. So you may consider Journalism or Mass Communication or Advertising or even Anchoring/Broadcasting.
    3. Opt for Content Writing or Technical Writing
    I would say not to get confused, select the one that interests you the most.
