Why everyone says, if I don't get admission in BIMM, I should not take admission in BIMHRD?

It's all about ranking. As BIMM is very older than other 3 colleges it's Ranking is quite good.
And obviously every one suggest you to go in BIMM. But what students wants, they want placement and college is providing placement to all students. So Don't worry about it. -
Hi viky. Please don't go with these kind of rumors you are coming it is a reputed institution which is known for the placement. Also it has a huge Alumni network of 10000+ alumni. So be assure that you have done the best investment of your life.
