Hi Bhuvanesh, it is not necessary to take admission for MBA after completing your graduation. Because some student not pursuing their MBA and then only they are working on higher position because of their tallent and work experience, they doesnt require MBA degreee, but sometime company might be asked some Master Degree so that time this degree required. If you complete MBA regular or distance learning that is not a point but the main thing is what you learn from that course and how it could be helpfuil for your future.
