Why in abroad Universities only first year fees is shown? What about fees of remaining years? How can i know the fees of full course?

I'm planning go to study abroad next year so i was searching whole web for fees of courses in universities. but i can't understand Why in abroad Universities only first year fees is shown? What about fees of remaining years? How can i know the fees of full course? please help me out.
