Why indian pharmacist get less paid in comparison of western and European countries pharmacist.They earn 700 rupees per hour,here its 1 day

Diploma in pharmacy from Delhi, Registered pharmacist from Delhi Pharmacy Council since 2007. I have worked in pharma industry for more then 11 years now. From marketing of medicines and from hospital pharmacist to a generic medicines wholesaler.
