Why Indian students dream who work & live abroad don't consider UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar & Saudi Arabia for their higher studies?
These countries are still the income tax-free, best & safest countries in the world to live & work with a huge population of Indians and Asians where Indians feel at home. I strongly recommend the quality universities with international QA, infrastructure, and faculty in these countries to Indians.

Maybe their bad experiences of study in UAE. Or some issues as their score card and validity of courses and Diploma.
