<p>Akkineni Nageswara Rao College (referred to as ANR College) is popularly known for its heritage as well as for the education it imparts. The college came into existence in 1950 and changed its name in 1959, to honor the veteran Actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao. It has gradually earned a repute in the region it is located. The college is situated in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh and it is a constituent college of Krishna University. In the course of years, the institution has altered its focus and introduced a number of undergraduate and graduate programs within the field of Arts, Commerce, Science and Management.</p><p>Its well-established facilities, such as hostels, modern laboratories, sports complex, gymnasia and internet facility all over the campus, has made the college popular among students.
