Why is Delhi School of Economics (DU) not there in the list of the top MBA-HR colleges?

So simple, it's a school of economics and MBA will come under the school of management studies. MBA HR under the schools of management is totally different from the schools of economics.

Dear, I am aware of the School of Economics, it is a college. I am sorry that I have misunderstood that Department of Commerce and Faculty of Management Studies are not under School of Economics. Thank you for the correction.
