Why is GMR Institute of Technology - GMRIT so famous?

<p>GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) excels in terms of quality education, sufficiently developed infrastructural facilities, and Corporate interface. It was started in the year 1997 and it is located in affiliated to JNTU Kakinada and accredited by NAAC with Grade “A”. This institute offers almost every single branch in the engineering stream and is one of the leading engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Instead, GMRIT has shown a fairly good trend in terms of placements with an average package of around 3.5 Lacs INR per annum and a fair percentage of students were placed mostly in the IT sectors.
