Why is graduation compulsory? Cant the system allow jobs based on experience and hard work?
Why is graduation compulsory? Cant the system allow jobs based on experience and hard work? i know a lot of people who have fake degrees and have a better job than me. They have less experiance and less productivity. Is this fair for our system to hire people who have just a degree (even fake) ?

Well, good companies take good people and if you follow a practice based professions like design or sports or music or writing - no one would even for one second ask for your qualifications.
