Interviews are not mandatory for all the programmes at LPU. It is applicable to a few of the specialised high-end programmes, like:
    B.Tech. with Industrial Tie-Ups
    MBA Programmes
    PhD Programmes
Interviews are mandatory in these programmes in order to assess the candidate's overall understanding of the programme he is interested in, his potential to learn new things, his professional skills, and others.

To check if you and the curriculum, both are compatible or not, so that the curators get the right candidates. Since there are a large number of interview panels, there is no single set of questions, however I can give you an idea of what they are looking for :

Hi there, interview is mandatory for only some of the specialised programs of B Tech and MBA. For other programs you need to fulfill the eligibility conditions of minimum marks in the previous qualifications and LPU NEST or only minimum marks. So don't be scared. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck.
