Why is it easier to get into foreign universities compared to Indian universities for higher education?

Good question, perhaps because abroad universities do not just look at grades, but overall profile and they don't have the high cut-offs as our Indian universities have. Higher the percentile the better but even if you have 70% you can get into one of the best universities, provided you have an all-
