Why is NCFM necessary to enter into stock market related job?

is it necessary for getting job or it is an essential part for all those who enter into this career (like owning business in this field)??

No, it is not that NCFM is a must to get NSE jobs. Instead it is just a profile value addition. It shows that the candidate has genuine interest in this job and has got a strong conceptual background. People enter this domain even by doing CFA or CA. It is a certification only.
