    It is Public Relations that ensure having a good image in an organisation or in a person or a brand; it can be used to facilitate trust, effectively communicate well, and manage the media as well as the stakeholders with the public. Crisis management, product or service introduction, and brand establishment identity are other areas in which PR plays a significant role. Goodwill and influence are part of PR in shaping public opinion. It increases a business or an individual's reputation and also adds to success.
