Why is the cutoffs & average salary so low as compared to other Xavier members?

Some colleges are under-rated . This college was mainly for fresh graduates. But as time changed it has developed a positive reputation with good bunch of experienced people both in faculties and students. The avergae salary is rising and so will the cutt-offs.
