The Digital SAT is shorter than the paper SAT or the old version because of the following reasons:

    • The Digital SAT is shorter because it is digitalised, thus, lesser paper work and faster answering online.
    • SAT Digital has smaller reading passages in comparison to the previous version.
    • There is one Math section, instead of two, and all questions can be solves using a calculator which makes the test shorter.
    • The Digital SAT has a shorter duration keeping in mind the applicant's fatigue and overwhelm.
    • Finally, the questions have reduced on the latest SAT and then the duration has also reduced overall.
