Why it is tough to get into Indian Institute of Technology?

Two of my favorite quotes basically sum up my interpretation of this: Lionel Mess said once "It took me 18 years to become an overnight star" Jon Acuff said once "Don't compare someone else's middle to your beginning". Nobody studies less and gets into an Indian Institute of Technology-they've been studying for longer than they even knew they were. Indian Institute of Technology is definitely one of the most difficult exams to crack. If you start from day 1, things would not be so stressful for you and you can crack the exam. If you wait until last month, things get pretty complicated and stressful. So if you start your studying from day 1, you will score well. First of all, understand your syllabus. Secondly, decide on your study material. Then start giving tests both online and offline. Then practice. Practice is a must. If you don't practice, you'll end up forgetting things, and eventually, you won't be able to write in exams. So keep practicing till the last day.
