why jjt university is not accepting documents for final submission of thesis. why they are delaying the process.

Rekha ji, You are in India. Such delays are expected, especially during the festive season. Patakhe jala rahe honge ya chhath mana rahe honge. Don't worry. As long as you have worked hard on your thesis and haven't copied it from anywhere, there is no reason why they won't accept your thesis sooner
