Why JJTU Rajasthan not giving Report letter to CS-Scholars and submit Thesis who had done all works and deposited fees since Oct 2009.

I am Narendra Kumar Tyagi, R.No-9251-CS-Scholar completed all course work, submitted all fees since oct 2009. I submitted Research Review work(SUMMARY) in april2011 and got acceptance letter . I am in dark now as nobody respond me in satisfactory way. Why dont You submit my Thesis now.HELP me
