Hello Virat, your concern is genuine. Let me tell you LPU does not have an AICTE approval because it does not require it. LPU is an independent university. The Universities established by an Act of Central or State Government are valid Universities. Degree awarded by a valid University and specified by UGC under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956 is recognised, subject to the approval of the programme by the concerned Statutory Professional Council (s), wherever applicable.

LPU is a full fledged independent university approved by UGC. In addition to it, LPU is also affiliated with the Distance Education Council.
