Why my son has not received a call from any top 5 IIMs? My son has scored 99.17 percentile in CAT 2015. He scored 90% in ICSE and ISC both.

A low graduation score might have acted as a hindrance in getting the calls .Top IIMs are giving lesser weightage to CAT and more to academics and profile. Tell your son to not be disappointed and ask him to give CAT 2016 with greater prep and rigour. Anything about 99.3% should get him through to the top IIMs ,with an year of work experience only helping to strengthen his candidature even further.
