Why older IITs are better than new IITs?

Hello Rohit, That is not actually the case. They say so because the older IITs are already well established than the new ones. They have shown better results, placement records and rankings too. But the new IITs do require some time to establish themselves and to attain the reputation of the older ones. It is not that they are not good, it is that they are not preferable in comparison with older ones. Anyways, all these are government institutions and so you need to hesitate to go for them as they will be better in all aspects.
