Why only B.Tech students crack civil exams? Is there any topic in B.Tech that covers the civil examination?
Why can't degree students crack it easily?

B.Tech students study difficult topics for 4 years. This experience gives them an upper hand in preparations. They learn to study for longer hours and they learn tips to tackle tough topics. There is big difference here. It is only that B.Tech student knows what it takes to prepare for an exam.
