English is said to be the international language and of course, official language in many countries. If you know english you will be able to communicate more freely with people all over the world.

It is a good question.It is a legacy inherited from the English people and it has come to stay for ever.After Globalization,the importance of English has grown and the Chinese and Korean people are also learning it vigorously to stand in the international job market.

Dear Amrita, people learn English because in the present scenario, it is difficult to succeed without knowing English. You see there are many languages on this globe and you cannot expect someone to know all those languages, but English is something almost everyone knows. It becomes a lot more easie

Because english is LINGVA-FRANCA
mean it is accepted
by the world as common
language to
all countries for the
business,trades,
technology,education.
etc.for.all.
whatever that is!
so english is important.
