Hi there, Offcourse there are some NITs which have far bigger reputation due to 50 year old heritage. Out of 31 NITs only 4 or 5 have a better reputation than LPU. LPU has made rapid strides in education at all levels. Be it Industry caliberated curriculum, technology trainings, several electives which are akin to super specialisations, internships, entrepreneurship projects, top notch software, well qualified faculty, research based teaching, experiential learning pedagogy and lastly placements. Dear Rohita, I will give you the reason why LPU is good for the ECE programme. My friend did NTech in ECE at LPU. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the EEE/ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for EEE/ECE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. In which students of EEE/ECE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world.
