why such a huge difference of fees between sp and jbims?

Commenting on the fees is not possible but as a student, i would say it's worth it! -
SPJIMR is a private college (like IIMS, XLRI) thus the fees are higher. JBIMS is a goverment college (like FMS, Sydnem) thus the fees are lower. A similar analogy is why fees of goverment schools is lower than fees of private schools.
