Why the fees are so high for computer engineering

Asked about K J Somaiya Polytechnic College - Diploma in Computer Engineering

Recently I visited Somaiya polytechnic for admission of diploma in computer engineering and there the fees was so high , 1,15,000 per year means total 3.45 lac that I can't afford it , in ssc I scored 92.2 percent it was totaly bad experience for me

    Hello Sahil,
    The fees in private colleges, be it for engineering or medical or any other profession are based on different dynamic variables. Firstly the salaries of the teachers & employees, secondly the hardware and the infrastructure that needs to be developed and should be in place, thirdly advertising etc. If you are interested in a college with low fees, you can think of joining a government owned institute which is offering diploma in your decide subject.
