Why the field college location is not taking any input in the rewiew your college form?

The form has some problem which does not accept any input. Whenever I click the arrow in the box it shows two option only which are "select college location" and "Meerut, Uttar Pradesh". Nothing happens on scrolling down and no keyboard option available too.
