Why there are less job in market for engineer? When recession ll go off?

You may say there is recession but it is mostly due to there are so many college opening in india , today you can find engineering college everywhere . but there are not so much jobs in market and cause is that many seats are vacant in college and value of engineering degree is decreased day by day
