IGNOU course structure is good. Besides, one opts fro correspondence for just acquiring the degree and often not the knowledge, at times due to other compulsions. But if you wish to learn and develop competency, you must join a full time course in a better college. Join regular course for knowledge

Its a immature question as its the decision of university that what it thinks to suit their students requirements and on the other hand IGNOU offers distance mode education so it cant include any subject which need practical knowledge or teacher's presence.
