Why there is a sudden drop in the fee? From 7.50lacs to 5.50lacs?

The college reduced the fees because earlier there was no hostel of the college itself and students need to stay at outside hostel who used to charge a lumpsome amount,charges for the food was also charged and on the top of that for transport they also used to charge a huge amount for the to and fro
