Why Tribhuwan university, Nepal not accepted Nios marksheet, certificate. According to equivalence book of TU nepal Nios not there. Wat I do
I have passed 12th from nios board 2004. Now I come nepal. When i go to district education office and equivalent my education. I surprised there is no name of nios in TU equivalence book. I heard that in nepal many schools running Nios distance learning courses. Iam confused sir. Give me detail.

Dear Hemraj, As per the direction from Nepal Govt, Ministry of Education, Tribhuvan University Nepal had decided not to consider one year Sr. Secondary Program of NIOS as equivalent with Two years Sr. Secondary Program of HSEB Board Nepal. The NIOS certificate is not recognised in Nepal. Don't go for it as I have been suffering due to the same. It is a waste of time and money. HSEB board of Nepal doesn't recognise it and don't give an equivalency certificate.
